REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alpromark. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to complete the process. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
